Terms of Services
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the international medical training and education
platform operated by NEXT HEALTH KOREA (“Company”).
Article 2 – Legal Status of the Company
The Company is not a medical institution and does not provide medical
services, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical procedures.
The Company operates solely as a platform connecting international medical
professionals with Korean medical institutions for training, observation, simulation,
and mentoring.
Article 3 – Nature of Training
All programs consist of:
- Clinical observation
- Simulation-based skills training
- Skills lab practice
- One-on-one mentoring
- Workflow and procedural education
These programs are strictly educational and do not include hands-on patient
treatment.
Article 4 – Medical Risk Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge that training involves exposure to medical equipment,
instruments, simulators, and procedural environments, and that physical, legal, and
financial risks may exist.
All such risks are assumed solely by the participant.
Article 5 – No Medical or Financial Guarantee
The Company makes no guarantee regarding:
Clinical competency
Income, career advancement, or business success
Patient referrals or case volume
Training outcomes or professional results
Article 6 – Responsibility of Medical Institutions
All medical activities, patient safety, clinical instruction, and hospital operations are
the sole responsibility of the medical institution.
The Company bears no liability for medical acts or hospital conduct.
Article 7 – Registration and Eligibility
Users must provide accurate identity and professional credentials.
False information or violations may result in immediate termination.
Article 8 – Payments
All payments must be made through PayPal.
Users agree to PayPal’s currency, fee, refund, and chargeback policies.
Article 9 – Refund Policy
Cancellation Time Refund
More than 30 days before training 50% refund
Within 7 days before training No refund
No-show No refund
Visa denial, travel issues, illness, or personal circumstances do not qualify for
refunds.
Article 10 – Chargebacks
If a chargeback occurs, the user is fully responsible for all amounts, fees, and
penalties incurred.
The Company may recover such amounts from the user.
Article 11 – Customer Asset & Non-Circumvention
All doctors, hospitals, agents, and networks introduced through the platform are the
Company’s customer assets.
Users and hospitals may not bypass, contact, or transact outside the platform.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property & Media Rights
All content, materials, photos, videos, and testimonials created during training may
be used by the Company for global marketing, branding, and platform
operations.
Article 13 – Indemnification
Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims,
lawsuits, regulatory actions, losses, damages, and legal fees arising from their
participation.
Article 14 – Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Medical outcomes
- Training results
- Visa or immigration issues
- Business or financial losses
- Patient outcomes or referrals
Article 15 – Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved by individual arbitration.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits.
Article 16 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the court of the Company’s principal
place of business.
