1. Program Overview

• About 365mc: Since its founding in 2003, 365mc has focused on a single specialty: fat. Under the philosophy of “Only Fat,” its domestic branches have performed more than 6.99 million obesity treatments, and it has expanded overseas to Jakarta, Surabaya, Bangkok, Phuket, and Los Angeles.

• About LAMS: LAMS (Local Anesthetic Minimal-invasive Liposuction) is 365mc’s proprietary fat-extraction procedure. Research began in 2013, and it launched in 2014 as the first liposuction injection procedure. Like surgical liposuction, LAMS removes fat cells directly. Unlike surgery, it needs no incision, no sedation, and no compression garment. Each bottle takes about 10 minutes, and patients can go back to daily life right away.

Day 1 — LAMS Foundations: Philosophy, Principles & Patient Selection

• Orientation and the 365mc competitive edge: the “Only Fat” philosophy and the 365mc medical system.
• LAMS philosophy and development: how LAMS has evolved since 2013, and how it differs from surgical liposuction and fat-dissolving injections.
• Fundamentals: fat-layer anatomy, and the principles of local anesthesia and minimally invasive extraction.
• Consultation and patient selection: indications and contraindications, goal setting, and choosing between LAMS and surgical liposuction.
• Live observation: the full LAMS patient journey, from consultation and design through the procedure to recovery.
• Case review and Q&A.

Day 2 — LAMS Techniques by Body Area

• The 5-step LAMS protocol: Tunneling, then Fat Extraction, Peripheral Dissolution, Extracted-Fat Verification, and finally Dedicated Orange Care.
• Technique lectures by body area (abdomen, arms, thighs, back, flanks, and face): design, entry points, extraction volume, and how to achieve smooth, even contours.
• Specialized programs: an introduction to Unlimited LAMS, Face LAMS, and Elastic LAMS.
• Live observation: LAMS on multiple body areas, performed by 365mc’s high-volume LAMS physicians.
• Case review: each case is compared with its pre-procedure design.

Day 3 — Aftercare, Safety & the Superior Customer Satisfaction Process

• LAMS aftercare principles: Orange Care, follow-up visits, and target-weight management.
• Safety and complication management: risk factors, early recognition, and 365mc protocols.
• Keeping results: preventing weight regain and supporting patients over the long term.
• The Superior Customer Satisfaction Process: how 365mc keeps LAMS patients satisfied, from first consultation to final follow-up.
• Final Q&A, course evaluation, and certificate of completion.

Specific techniques and observation cases may vary according to the daily case schedule.

4. Educational Approach

• Theoretical lectures by 365mc LAMS specialists.
• Live procedure observation, subject to patient consent, operating conditions, and Korean medical regulations.
• Case-based learning using real 365mc LAMS cases and their outcomes.

Under Korean medical law, foreign physicians take part as observers only. The program does not include hands-on procedures.

5. Eligibility and general information

• Only Doctors can participate in this Training.
• Course start at 10.00 and ends at 18.00.
• Lunch Break Between (13:00 - 14:00).
• The programme includes theoretical and practical training.
• The training will be during the weekdays.
• The training will be in English.
• A proper space for trainees will be prepared.
• There are 3 available seats in every course.
