Dr. Hyeonseob Byeon

Korean aesthetic technique, licensed and proven in Japan.

Dr. Hyeonseob Byeon is one of the very few physicians licensed to practice in both Korea and Japan, holding the Korean Medical License (Mar. 8, 2003) and the Japanese Medical License (Feb. 28, 2016).

He is Representative Director of BBStem Clinic Ginza and of BBC Clinics (美白桃会) in Omotesando and Shibuya, and continues to direct Dr. IB Clinic in Seoul, treating patients in both countries.

He specializes in full-face filler contouring, thread lifting and collagen biostimulators, performing over 10,000cc of filler, 500 thread lifting cases, 5,000 botulinum toxin treatments and 3,000 skin booster sessions annually.

As Key Opinion Leader and academy instructor for Restylane, Perfectha, Elavie & Licol and Gouri, he has lectured for a decade at IMCAS Paris, AMWC Monaco, JSAS and JSAPS Tokyo, IFAAS Hong Kong and AMAS Bangkok — most recently presenting full-face lifting with liquid PCL at IMCAS Paris 2025.

What distinguishes his practice is duration. His documented cases include filler patients followed for seven and nine years, showing how volume and lift hold across a decade rather than a season.

Trained at Samsung Seoul Medical Center and the University of Tokyo Hospital, Dr. Byeon is positioned to translate Korean aesthetic technique into standards that work in Japan and internationally.
