TRACK A : Aesthetic Dermatology

A face does not age in one layer, and it cannot be treated in one. This program follows a single logic across three days — from deep structural volume, through the lifting layers, to the skin itself — and shows what each layer looks like years after it was treated.

Day 1 — Full-Face Filler: Volume & Contour

• Live full-face contouring demonstration (17–20cc)
• Forehead, nose, temples, cheeks, and chin
• Facial anatomy, danger zones, and vascular safety
• Injection planes, entry points, needle vs. cannula techniques
• Full-face mapping and volume planning
• Long-term filler results at 2, 5, 7, and 9 years
• Re-injection and maintenance strategies

Day 2 — Thread Lifting, Biostimulators & Devices

• Live thread lifting and biostimulator demonstrations
• Vector design, insertion depth, fixation, and thread selection
• PCL and other collagen biostimulators
• Combining injectables with HIFU and monopolar RF
• Treatment sequencing throughout the year
• Real-patient consultation observation and individualized treatment planning

Day 3 — Skin Rejuvenation & Regenerative Medicine

• Live skin booster treatment
• PRP preparation and treatment

TRACK B :

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Day 1 — Clinical Adipose harvest, cell administration, PRP and NK cell sessions observed across a full clinic day, with lectures on indication, protocol and outcome assessment for each.

Day 2 — Building the practice The regulatory pathway end to end: classification, provision plan preparation, certified committee review, cell processing arrangements, consent and reporting obligations, pricing and capacity, and what a realistic first-year build looks like for a clinic starting from zero.

A registered regenerative medicine practice BBStem Clinic Ginza operates adipose-derived stem cell therapy under a Class 2 registration and PRP and NK cell therapy under Class 3, within Japan’s national regenerative medicine framework. Class 2 registration requires review by a certified special committee and is held by relatively few clinics. Participants see not only the treatments but the regulatory structure a compliant practice is built on — something that cannot be observed in most countries.

· Surgery Course start at 9:00 and ends at 12:00 noon .

· Discussion sessions can be arranged in the afternoon

· The program includes theoretical and practical training.

· The training will be during the weekdays.

· The training will be in English, Japanese, Koreasn.
