This Refund Policy applies to all training programs operated by NEXT HEALTH KOREA. 

 Article 1. General Policy 
Due to the premium nature of the training program, including advance hospital scheduling, mentor assignment, facility preparation, and administrative costs, refunds are limited and strictly governed by the timeline below. 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. 

 Article 2. Refund Schedule 

Example: Training Start Date – August 31 

① Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Start Date 

(On or before July 31) 

Refund: 50% of the total training fee 

• Administrative, processing, and preparation costs are non-refundable. 

 ② Cancellations 8–29 Days Before the Start Date 

(August 1 – August 22) 

Refund: Not available (0%) 

At this stage, hospital schedules, mentors, facilities, and resources are fully confirmed and cannot be reassigned. 

③ Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Start Date or No-Show 

(August 23 – August 31) 

Refund: Not available (0%) 

This includes failure to attend the program for any reason without prior written cancellation. 

Article 3. Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances: 

• Visa rejection or immigration issues 
• Personal, family, or medical reasons 
• Travel disruptions or airline issues 
• Failure to attend (no-show) 
• Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information 
• Applicants found to be ineligible or unlicensed medical professionals 

Eligibility verification is the responsibility of the applicant. 

 

Article 4. Payment Method & Processing 

• All payments are made via PayPal, which includes credit card payment options. 
• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method. 
• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on PayPal and card issuer policies. 

 

Article 5. Program Changes or Cancellation by Organizer 

In the unlikely event that NEXT HEALTH KOREA cancels a program due to operational reasons, participants will be offered either: 

• a full refund, or 
• the option to reschedule for a future program 

Article 6 – Chargebacks 

Any PayPal or card chargeback fees and reversals shall be fully borne by the user. 

 

Article 7 – Refund Method 

Refunds are processed only to the original PayPal account. Currency differences 

and transaction fees are non-refundable. 

 

Article 8. Agreement 

By submitting an application and completing payment, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
