환불 및 취소 정책

제1조 (적용 범위)

본 환불·취소 정책은 NEXT HEALTH KOREA 플랫폼을 통해 구매한 모든 의료연수,

교육, 멘토링 및 관련 서비스에 적용된다.

제2조 (결제 방식)

모든 결제는 PayPal을 통해 처리되며, 본 정책은 PayPal의 분쟁·차지백 규정에

우선한다.

제3조 (환불 기준)

취소 시점 환불

연수 개시 30일 이전 결제금액의 50%

환불

연수 개시 7일 이내 환불 불가

No-show (무단 불참) 환불 불가

연수 시작 후 환불 불가

제4조 (환불 불가 사유)

다음 사유는 환불 대상이 되지 않는다.

- 비자 거절 또는 출입국 문제

- 항공편 취소 또는 일정 변경

- 개인 사정, 질병, 사고

- 병원·강사·연수 일정 변경

- 연수 내용에 대한 주관적 불만

제5조 (차지백)

PayPal 또는 카드사를 통한 차지백 발생 시,

모든 차지백 수수료 및 환수금은 이용자가 부담하며, 회사는 이를 청구할 수 있다.

제6조 (환불 처리 방식)

환불은 원결제 수단(PayPal)으로만 이루어지며, 환율 차이 및 결제 수수료는

반환되지 않는다.

제7조 (법적 효력)

본 정책은 결제 시점에 이용자가 명시적으로 동의함으로써 효력이 발생한다.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Article 1 – Scope

This policy applies to all medical training, education, mentoring, and related services

purchased through NEXT HEALTH KOREA.

Article 2 – Payment Method

All payments are processed via PayPal. This policy prevails over any PayPal or

cardholder refund claims.

Article 3 – Refund Rules

Cancellation Time Refund

More than 30 days before training 50% refund

Within 7 days of training No refund

No-show No refund

After training begins No refund

Article 4 – Non-Refundable Reasons

No refunds will be issued for:

- Visa denial or immigration issues

- Flight cancellations or travel problems

- Personal or medical issues

- Schedule or instructor changes

- Dissatisfaction with training content

Article 5 – Chargebacks

Any PayPal or card chargeback fees and reversals shall be fully borne by the user.

Article 6 – Refund Method

Refunds are processed only to the original PayPal account. Currency differences

and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Article 7 – Legal Effect

By making payment, the user agrees to this policy and it becomes legally binding.
